I had this app for a couple of years and actually was able to redeem one iTunes card. Then I had so much trouble with their app and actually qualifying for and completing surveys that I just quit. When I gave it another try a while later my account had been locked and I had to get it reinstated. I still never qualified for any surveys and the app crashed constantly. I thought I would try again recently and I was locked out again. When I contacted support they respond like they don’t even have an app (like they NEVER MENTIONED THE APP AT ALL) and I was asked very invasive questions even about what internet provider I used. I felt most of the info they asked for was unnecessary to just get my account unlocked. They reinstated my account with a “warning” but I still have no idea why I got a warning or what it could be about? I logged back in and found all my earnings (I had $7.50 accrued) was missing. I went back to the email thread I had and asked where my funds went and I have received no response. I finally just deleted this the other day because I’m sick of fighting with it. Don’t waste your time. I wish I could give less than one star. But I did at least redeem one card (but it took forever to earn enough to get it) so I guess one star is fair.

From Apple: iTunes is a free application for Mac and PC. It plays all your digital music and video. It syncs content to your iPod, iPhone, and Apple TV. And it’s an entertainment superstore that stays open 24/7.
“There are a lot of reasons why subscriptions didn’t take off,” Matt Graves, a former Rhapsody exec, told me. “It was a new model. Broadband was not available. WiFi was not widely available. could not put music on a portable device. There were no smartphones. Nobody had apps. Also, the amount of music that is available now, millions of songs [is compelling] … when Rhapsody was acquired by Real [in 2003], we had 320,000 songs available.”
First off, use common sense. If someone DMs you asking for your password and credit card information, it’s obviously a scam. Don’t reply to any tweets or DMs saying you’ve won unless they come from the official @dbrand. Furthermore, never give out your credit card information, Twitter password, or Instagram password to anyone. Especially not someone asking you to “cover the shipping fees.” We’ll never ask for this. The best way to avoid getting scammed is to check this page when we announce that a new winner has been published. If you see your name listed under Winners, click the link to ensure it’s actually your Twitter or Instagram account. If it really is your account, congratulations! Check your DMs for further instructions.
In October 2015, Drake and Apple signed a deal to release the music video for “Hotline Bling” exclusively on Apple Music. In December, Apple released an exclusive Taylor Swift tour documentary, called the 1989 World Tour, on Apple Music. In February 2016, The Hollywood Reporter reported that Dr. Dre would be starring in and executive producing a “dark semi-autobiographical drama” called Vital Signs. The production was described as “Apple’s first scripted television series”. Recode subsequently reported a few days later that the announcement of Dr. Dre’s production was an effort to “extend Apple Music” in promotional ways rather than Apple actively exploring original television content. Citing Apple’s deals with Drake and Swift in October and December 2015, respectively, the report referenced a Twitter user describing Apple’s efforts as “content marketing”.
